Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

Website Information

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Service descriptions, availability, and features may change without notice. Website content does not create a binding service agreement, quote, warranty, or guarantee.

Client Portal and Remote Support Links

This website may link to third-party systems for billing, invoices, payments, and remote support. Your use of those systems may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, authentication requirements, and security practices.

Remote support should only be initiated when you are working with an authorized TechSource Solutions technician or representative.

VoIP and Phone Services

If you purchase or use TechSource Solutions voice, VoIP, hosted phone, telephone number, or related device services, additional terms may apply to those services and any equipment used with them, including IP phones, analog telephone adapters, routers, switches, software, or other connection devices.

Emergency calling through VoIP service may differ from traditional 911 or E911 service. You are responsible for registering and keeping current the physical service location for each phone number, including when a device is moved, a number is changed, or a number is added or ported. Emergency calling may not function until location registration and activation are complete.

VoIP and emergency calling may be unavailable during power failures, internet outages, broadband or ISP disruptions, blocked ports, account suspension or termination, network congestion, equipment failure, or other service interruptions. Users should maintain an alternate means of reaching emergency services if they are uncomfortable with these limitations.

Phone services may not support all special dialing codes, directory features, alarm systems, security systems, broadband devices, fax devices, or third-party equipment. Customer-supplied equipment must be approved by TechSource Solutions when required, and customers are responsible for testing compatibility with alarm, security, broadband, and related systems.

You may not resell, transfer, tamper with, reverse engineer, or misuse phone service, devices, firmware, or software. Prohibited uses include unlawful communications, abusive or harassing conduct, auto-dialing, continuous or excessive call forwarding, telemarketing, polling, solicitation, fax or voicemail broadcasting, and similar activity.

Charges for phone services may include activation fees, monthly service fees, equipment charges, taxes, surcharges, international usage, directory assistance, toll-free usage, conference bridge usage, termination fees, shipping, and other usage-based charges. Usage charges may be billed in arrears and may be rounded according to the applicable rate schedule or service agreement.

If call recording features are available, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable recording notice, consent, and privacy laws. Voice services may use the public internet and third-party networks, and TechSource Solutions does not guarantee complete privacy of voice or other communications transmitted through those networks.

SMS and Text Messaging

TechSource Solutions may use SMS or text messaging to communicate with customers about service requests, appointments, support updates, account notifications, billing reminders, or other business-related matters.

By providing a mobile phone number to TechSource Solutions, you consent to receive text messages related to your relationship with us. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP, where supported. Opting out of SMS messages may limit our ability to send timely service or account updates by text, but we may continue to contact you through other available methods.

SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your mobile carrier, device, network availability, and other factors outside our control. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, protected health information, or other sensitive information by text message unless specifically directed through a secure process.
